2. i just switched to a replacement 7230 yesterday, and figured my connection problems were due to the new unit -- but maybe the network is screwy. thanks for posting your concern.

3. I work for T-Mobile, has some congestion last night, but all is clear now. If you're having a problem it's best to report it. Our engineers work round the clock to ensure the network is up and running. I suggest calling in or if you'd like to contact me, I can investigate your problem further, and escalate your concern if necessary.

5. T-Mobile also seems to be having an issue keeping data services attatchted to customer accounts. This has happened to quite a few Blackberrys that I support at my company. Any reasons why this keeps on happening Sky?

6. I suggest checking with your account rep. Often during acctount maintenance, features can be left off by mistake. This, however, should not be a frequent occurance. Features cannot be removed on their own, they must be taken off or left off intentionally.

7. I have the same problems since yesterday (2/26/07). My internet no longer works, I get the "the page cannot be displayed..." error message. On top of this, internet sharing (using the computer high speed connection to surf the net on the dash) no longer works, either (it worked before), and I am wondering whether the two issues are related.

However, I can still retrieve email wirelessly in my configured emails boxes.

8. Same with mine. This morning the T-Mobile Web wouldn't load any web pages. I called and reported it, but the tech droid tried to convince me I couldn't get internet via T-MobileWeb (even though I told her that I had been for thee past year). If you haven't yet, pleas call and report this problem. The more of us that report, the more they'll believe it's not user error.

And yes; T-Mobile even helps those with T-MobileWeb to surf the internet:

9. Date is Feb 23rd I woke up this morning to the same problem, no data will go through, I have the T-mobile web plan 5.99 and it was working perfectly or as well as it could be the night before and now nothing.. The rep says I have to upgrade to the 29.99 package and I honestly thing that is a bunch of crap because why should I pay more for something that was working already. If there are any T-mobile Dash Users out there that are having the same issues let me know. Because im almost deciding to switch to a different mobile provider.
