A very reliable insider source (who is not the guy whose initials are the same as the group who wrote some of those great songs on "Saturday Night Fever") has sent us verified information Regarding the T-Mobile 8800 BlackBerry:
Here's what we know:
There 2 versions of the 8800.
The first one will be launched without a camera approximately the middle-end of Jan 2007.
The second version will be launched with a camera approximately mid-end of April 2007.
Both will be Wi-Fi equipped.
When compared side by side to an 8700 model, it is approximately 2/3 the width depth of an 8700 and approx 1/4+/- inches longer.
The T-Mobile version will be black (as compared to the Pearl). This is verified for the 8800 without a camera...No final concrete design on the camera version as of yet, but 80% chance it will look exactly the same
1. Sounds great and thanks for the update, but I suspect you mean the depth when you are stating,

Based on the specs (114mm x 66mm x 14mm) that have been released it will be about the thickness of the Pearl and will only be a few mm's thinner than the 8700.
